Content on InjuryRange is produced by the InjuryRange Editorial Team. We build the calculators, research the law behind them and write the guides and blog articles. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice.
What the team does
- Builds and tests the calculation engine. Every formula is published on the methodology page and covered by automated tests.
- Researches primary sources: legislation, court rules, official guidance and insurer data. Sources are listed on each page and on the sources page.
- Writes guides in plain English for people dealing with an injury claim for the first time.
- Reviews pages at least every 12 months and after major legal changes.
Legal reviewers
We are appointing a licensed US personal injury attorney and a solicitor in England & Wales to review our calculators and guides. Their names and credentials will be listed here and on every page they review. Until then, pages show no reviewer, and every page says when its legal data was last checked and where it came from.
Independence
No law firm, insurer or claims company can pay to change a calculation or an article. See our editorial policy and advertising disclosure.
